Yang Style Tai Chi (Long Form)

1. Beginning of Tai Chi (太极起势)
2. Ward-off left (左捧)
3. Ward-off right (右捧)
4. Roll-back (捋)
5. Press (挤)
6. Push (按)
7. Single whip (单鞭)
8. Lift hand (提手上势)
9. White Crane Spreads wings (白鹤亮翅)
10.Brush knee and twist step, right (右搂膝拗步)
11.Play the Pi-Pa (手挥琵琶)
12.Brush knee and twist step, right (右搂膝拗步)
13.Brush knee and twist step, left (左搂膝拗步)
14.Brush knee and twist step, right (右搂膝拗步)

17.Step forward, deflect downward, intercept and punch (搬拦锤)
